About Me

I am a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist, a UKCP registered CAT Psychotherapist, and EMDR therapist. Alongside private practice, I currently work in a senior leadership role in the NHS, and as a Clinical Lead, I have extensive experience of working with a range of mental health difficulties, as well as offering clinical supervision, teaching, training, and contributing to service development.

I am a warm and professional therapist and the values that guide me are kindness, openness, respect, creativity and peace.
I offer effective evidence-based therapy which supports an individual to achieve their unique goals. Therapy goals I aim to help with may include:
